Rio Grande boasts local art and artisans. Unique commissioned mural projects like the Welsh Dragon Wall and Reverse Graffiti the are found throughout the village. The local Greer Art Museum features traveling artist displays as well as URG student art shows. The University's campus, located in the heart of Rio Grande, showcases traveling sculptures.
